    Don't let any of these items hold you up on bringing in your RV. Most of the items below are suggested, not required!

    Help us help you!

    • The closer you are in price to Low book, the faster it will sell!
    • Take out all personal items. Feel free to leave helpful items like: Sewer Hoses - Cleaning Equipment & Supplies - Chalks - Etc.
    • Make sure the sewer is dumped. If it is not we will dump it here FREE! Please let us know it needs dumped when you drop it off.
    • Make a list of all upgrades done to the unit. This makes it easier for us to sell your RV!
    • Get a current pay off from your bank and pay off instructions. * Wiring Instructions *
    • Go to NADA and get your value.
    • Locate all of the keys for the unit.
    • Make sure your insurance is current.
    • Throw in your eq. hitch and weight distribution hitch. These items help the RV sell faster!
    • Be ready to trade title for money.
    • Look over your title and make sure there are no surprises! Liens - Salvage Title - Reconditioned
    • If your RV is motorized, please bring it with at least a half tank of Fuel and LP Gas.
    • Check your awning to make sure it's functional and does not need any repairs.
    • Make a list of any repairs needed.
    • Bring all maintenance records and owners manuals.
    • Put a box of baking soda in the refrigerator.
    • Test out all of the appliances and run the AC if possible.
    • Clean the windows.
    • Clean the sinks and tub.
    • Clean the rims and tires.
    • Clean the AC filter.
    • Install an air freshener.
